About Ironwood Ventures

Ironwood Ventures is a family-owned business with shared ownership among eight individuals, each bringing unique expertise to support its various operations, including Ironwood Country Club, Ironwood Campus, and Ironwood Gym. At launch, a versatile team of full-time employee with a background in marketing and business development will manage day-to-day operations, including memberships, customer inquiries, event coordination, and facility oversight. An additional small team of part-time employees will assist with customer service and maintenance as needed.

The remaining owners will contribute in advisory and strategic roles while maintaining their primary careers, helping to minimize payroll costs and maximize efficiency. Their collective expertise spans IT infrastructure, financial planning, gym management, branding, marketing, operations, and risk management. This ensures that all critical aspects of the business, from technology and budgeting to fitness programming and community engagement, are effectively managed without the need for a large initial workforce.

Support will also be provided in areas such as digital systems management, investment strategy, safety compliance, and business logistics, ensuring smooth coordination across all units. Specialized knowledge in fitness programming, rehabilitation services, and risk assessment further strengthens Ironwood Ventures' ability to offer high-quality services while maintaining operational efficiency and long-term stability.

This ownership structure allows the business to leverage diverse skill sets while keeping overhead costs low. As Ironwood Ventures grows and revenue increases, additional full-time positions will be introduced to support expanded operations and enhance customer experience.
